Bio: Mat began racing mountain bikes for fun in high school eventually
led to more competitive racing at the collegiate level. At Saint Michael's College,
Mat was always a contender for a podium spot in the A races, capping off his senior
year with a 3rd place finish at the 2000 ECCC MTB championships. The switch to
road racing was successful, placing in the top 10 in every USCF or NCCA race.
Mat spent 2002 racing in Northern California and Nevada. Mat hopes to bring great
results for 2003 season.
